Products sold are BRAND NEW unless otherwise clearly stated on the product's page (as 'USED' or 'OPEN BOX' for example).
Only standard debit / credit cards are accepted - we do not accept pre-paid or reloadable debit cards.
As we do not like to leave expensive items unattended at someone's doorstep, we do require signature for all deliveries.
Our Infinite Upgrades® Program rewards you when you buy the same product from us in the first 12 months - see below for more details.
To be eligible for the Infinite Upgrades® Program, be sure to keep everything that comes with the product - boxes + accessories - as you are required to return everything to get your in-store credit!
Introducing the gaming industry’s first upgrade program when buy your products.
We are all about the upgrades here at Cutting Edge Gamer and want you to have the latest and greatest gear at all times (not just graphics cards). That is why we created the Infinite Upgrades® Program, which rewards you when you buy the same product from us in the first 12 months.
This is how the Infinite Upgrades® Program works.
- You purchase a product from us.
- Then within a year when that new version hits the market, “upgrade” to it. Buy the latest and return the old. We provide a return label too, so that you can return it free-of-charge.
- We will then provide you a prorated in-store credit based on the number of months left in the year since making the first purchase. Use the credit on your next purchase or lease payment!
For example, you purchase a new motherboard from us on January 1st. On July 1st, you upgrade and purchase a second motherboard from us. We provide a prepaid return label, and you have the old motherboard – along with the original product box, internal packaging and all accessories – in-transit back to us within fourteen (14) days. Upon receipt of the old motherboard, we will provide in-store credit on your account equal to 50% of the original purchase price for the first motherboard.
If a second purchase is made within the first 30 days, then we will provide you with a credit equal to 100% of the original purchase price!
If the second purchase is made on day 364 since the original purchase, then you are eligible for one month’s worth of credit.
Restrictions do apply – please note:
- If the return shipment is not in-transit within fourteen (14) days from the day the second product is purchased, then any prorated credit is forfeited.
- The first product must:
- Be in working, undamaged condition,
- Be in the original product box and internal packaging,
- Contain all accessories sent with the product (accessories will be listed on the website’s product page).
- If the returned product does not meet the criteria set above, then any prorated credit is forfeited.
- Products sold that are NOT eligible for the program: CPUs, Used Graphics Cards, Clothing.
We typically ship within 1-2 business days after your order has been received via free ground shipping. Extra rates apply for Expedited Shipping as follows:
- UPS Next Day Air = $50.00 + $25.00 for each additional card
- UPS 2nd Day Air = $20.00 + $10.00 for each additional card.
Once shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the shipping details and the tracking number. Signature is required for delivery as we do not like to leave expensive items unattended on somebody’s doorstep!
Future Proof Your Gaming Purchases!
Our Infinite Upgrades® Program allows you to upgrade to the next latest and greatest gear and receive in-store credit when you return the old gear to us.
How much credit is based on a monthly basis, and the program is valid only in the first year after purchase.
Return Shipping is on Us
We will provide you with a prepaid return label – either with your shipment or via email – so you may return your old gear to us free-of-charge.
We give you fourteen (14) calendar days from the purchase date to have the old gear in-transit back to Cutting Edge Gamer. Once received and all items are accounted for (gear + product box + accessories), we will notify you of receipt and credit your account accordingly.
